Mominul Islam has 25 years’ technical, strategic and leadership experience in the financial sector in Bangladesh and overseas. He has in-depth understanding of financial products, markets, technology and regulatory framework and maintains extensive networks within Bangladesh and in the Middle East, Singapore and USA. Before setting up of CLink Advisory, Momin worked with IPDC Finance Limited, the leading Finance Company of Bangladesh as Managing Director & CEO for 12 years. He is credited for the complete transformation of IPDC from a state of vulnerability to the position of strength and impact by way of formulating a socially responsible and growth led business strategy leveraged through value-chain linked digital distribution network, enabled by a passionate team and the most vibrant financial brand of the country. Prior to that he was the Deputy Managing Director since July 2008 and the Head of Operations and Technology since April 2006 with IPDC. Prior to joining IPDC, he worked with American Express Bank (AEB) and Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) for more than 7 (seven) years with an enriching career in different areas of the Banks e.g. General Banking, Reengineering, Service Quality, Risk Management, Project Management, Business Contingency Planning etc. During his tenure at AEB he went through the Six Sigma Black Belt training at Brighton, UK and managed several Six Sigma projects for AEB Bangladesh, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, India and USA. Momin is the immediate past Chairman of the Association of Development Finance Institutions in Asia Pacific (ADFIAP), Chairman of the Bangladesh Leasing and Finance Companies Association (BLFCA) and member of the Executive Committee for the Bangladesh Association of Publicly Listed Companies (BAPLC). He holds a Master’s in Economics and a Bachelor of Business Administration both with distinction.
Mushfiqur Rahman

Mushfiqur Rahman is a 28+ years seasoned professional with extensive expertise in policy advocacy and strategic leadership within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector in Bangladesh. He graduated from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), the topmost Engineering University in Bangladesh. As the Co-founder of Spectrum Engineering Consortium Ltd, Mushfiqur has led the company to become a leading player in ICT Integration, Software Development, and ITES, serving over 900 clients both locally and globally. Additionally, he established Spectrum's R&D Division, investing in research on Robotics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. As Vice President Finance of BASIS (Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services), Mushfiqur’s policy advocacy efforts have been instrumental in driving initiatives to foster the growth and competitiveness of the ICT industry in Bangladesh, engaging with various government ministries such as ICT, Finance, Commerce, Planning, Education as well as National Board of Revenue (NBR) to advocate for policies conducive to the sector's development. Noteworthy achievements include the successful policy implementations such as the 10% cash incentive for software and IT/ITES exports, tax exemptions for revenue generated from various IT services, and initiatives to prioritize local companies in government projects, ensuring their participation and fostering industry growth. Mushfiqur Rahman has fostered collaborations and implemented projects with esteemed development agencies including ADB, World Bank, JAICA, and CBI (Netherlands), among others. He has represented BASIS and BCS at prestigious international events such as Cebit Germany, Outsource World USA, Easy Fair Denmark, CBI Netherlands, USAID Business Linkage Program, ASOCIO, and CommuincAsia, showcasing Bangladesh's ICT prowess on global platforms. Mushfiqur has efficiently organized two impactful BASIS SoftExpo the largest IT Congress in South Asia, and served as the convenor of BASIS SoftExpo 2020. Mushfiqur holds leadership roles in esteemed organizations such as the Institution of Engineers of Bangladesh (IEB), Canada Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Dhaka Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI), among others.
